Super Bowl Pig Roast
Join us for our annual Super Bowl party starting at 4 PM, with the kickoff at 6:30 PM! Mike's will be smoking a whole pig, complete with all the fixins. Don't miss out on the fun, food and excitement—come cheer for your favorite team with us!
The Event
It’s that time of year again—our legendary Super Bowl Pig Roast! Even if your team didn’t make it, you can still join us, enjoy the game, and confidently declare, “Just wait until next year!”

The Pork
Each year Chef Mike works with local pig farmers to ensure a 50-60 pound pig is delivered fresh the Friday before the Super Bowl. All Day Saturday Chef smokes the pig over local Nance hard wood whole in the restaurants smoking room.
The Smoke
Chef Mike smoke's the pig for hours the night before Super Bowl Sunday, up to nine hours at roughly 225 degrees, over local nance hardwood. We will carefully remove the skin and clean it and fry it as crispy garnish on you pork plate. The pork uses Mike's special BBQ rub, and the meat is injected with a special blend of seasoning.​​​
